This policy covers the NXTPlay website and Happy Little Shelves. Questions or requests can be sent to help@nxtplay.cc.

Your game stays on your device

The current Happy Little Shelves game stores your progress, boards, Undo history, earned gems, and settings on your device. NXTPlay does not receive those saves. The game does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.

Deleting the app can remove its local data. NXTPlay does not offer an account-based cloud-save or cross-device recovery service. Your device's own backup settings may separately affect whether local app data is included in an Apple backup.

Optional tips through Apple

In versions that offer tips, purchases are handled through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple processes the payment; the game does not receive your card or bank details.

On your device, the game uses StoreKit product and transaction identifiers and verification results to finish transactions, avoid handling the same transaction twice, and show purchase status. NXTPlay does not operate a tip-payment server, and the game does not upload purchase receipts to a NXTPlay service. A tip does not change your saved game or gem balance.

Apple may separately provide purchase, refund, and financial reports to developers. See Apple's App Store & Privacy information for how Apple handles its store and payment services.

Optional notifications

Notifications are not available in every version. In versions that offer them, you can independently choose major game updates and occasional NXTPlay news, including recommendations for other NXTPlay games. Both choices start off. The iOS notification permission and these in-app choices are separate, and gameplay does not depend on either.

If you turn notifications on, the first-party notification service needs an Apple push-notification routing token, a random installation identifier, a protected registration credential, your notification choices and consent version, the app version, and registration/update times. The service stores a hash of the registration credential. This information lets it deliver the messages you requested, maintain your choices, and remove invalid registrations. It does not include your name, email address, game save, level progress, or gem balance.

The optional service uses Cloudflare for hosting and storage and Apple Push Notification service for delivery. Provider credentials stay outside the app. NXTPlay does not use the registration for advertising-ID tracking, cross-company advertising profiles, or gameplay analytics.

Cloudflare receives connection information, including an IP address, when the app contacts the service. Registration abuse checks use a temporary rate-limit key derived from a hash of that address. NXTPlay does not store the raw IP address in its notification database or application logs, or use it to estimate your location or track you across apps.

You can turn either category off in the app and turn all notifications off in iOS Settings. An offline app may need to reconnect to finish removing its registration from the service; the app shows whether the choice still needs to sync. Messages already in transit may still arrive.

A notification routing registration expires after 30 days unless it is renewed while notifications remain enabled. Turning off all notifications, an invalid-token response from Apple, or registration expiry removes the active routing token, its hash, delivery environment, app version, and notification-category settings.

A reduced installation and consent record is retained while the service operates so delayed requests cannot turn notifications back on after an opt-out. It contains the installation identifier, credential hash, latest consent revision and version, request-validation hash, and first-enrollment, latest-update, and most-recent notification-attempt times. The last-attempt time also enforces a seven-day notification frequency limit. This record has no active routing token and cannot be used to deliver messages.

Per-installation campaign and delivery-attempt records—including outcome, time, and consent revision—are kept for up to 30 days, including after an opt-out, to diagnose delivery problems and prevent duplicates. After message content and per-installation campaign records are removed, a campaign identifier, content digest, and expiry remain reserved to prevent the same campaign from being sent again. These remaining campaign records do not identify a recipient.

You can contact help@nxtplay.cc about a registration, a deletion request, or these retention practices.

This website

The NXTPlay website is a static site served by Cloudflare. It has no NXTPlay analytics or advertising scripts, account system, contact form, or embedded third-party content. Hosting and network providers necessarily process connection information to serve and secure requests; their own service terms and privacy practices apply.

When you contact us

If you email support, NXTPlay receives the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and follow up where needed. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information. Ask us if you want a support conversation deleted, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Changes and questions

We will update this page when the service or its data practices change. Material changes to optional notification purposes will require a new choice before that purpose is enabled. For questions, requests, or privacy concerns, contact help@nxtplay.cc.
